Easy to order and good update on delivery

Slight mess-up with the delivery ( I ordered two items, one of which was delivered straight from the warehouse and the other languished at the depot waiting for if to turn up. after a few phonecalls the whole thing was straightened out, but I think it took around three weeks in the end. On the plus side staff were unfailingly courteous, polite and helpful, and I think that's the real test of a company - how do they manage when things go wrong? Would I use them again? Yes! Without hesitation!

The light was late being sent and I was not informed of the delay which, as a new customer left me researching the company to see if it actually existed. But in the end I received my purchase at a fair price and just what I was looking for.

Haven't seen it lit up yet my kitchen is being renovated. It looks lovely and I am delighted with the service provided
