The orders came direct from manufacturers, so arrived separately. Limited warning of when they might arrive, but it did fit with our scheduled work. One item needed returning, as it was faulty, but again, there was a good response from Gabrielli. Another item arrived with Gabrielli, and was faulty, but they were happy to give us a refund, as we sourced a replacement locally, in a more timely way. It was a benefit to be able to order all items from one source. Staff were very helpful on the phone.

Lovely lights, well made and perfect for my character house!

The lights took a little while to arrive from abroad, but once they had arrived they were dispatched immediately and arrived promptly. I was given excellent advice by the man I spoke to on the phone on the best bulbs to use and installation advice and they are being fitted as I write this...can't wait to see them illuminated tonight. I would highly recommend this company - excellent experience all round.
