We have recently purchased a number of light fittings from the Franklite range. I called first to enquire if my order could be amended to use different shades that were not as shown on the website. The assistant called me back promptly and completed my order as requested. The prices were extremely competitive and the goods delivered on time. I found the lady very helpful and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending Gabrielli lighting. Thank you it’s been a pleasure and the lights look fabulous!

After searching everywhere for lamp shades I found this company. The shades I ordered are absolutely beautiful. The packaging was excellent and the delivery was extremely quick. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would most definitely use them again.

One of the 10 glass shades was found to be cracked. Following a phone call it was promptly replaced. I had an issue with one of the units so emailed about it. Unexpectedly I was actually phoned back and talked through a resolution! As well as being competitive their customer service is excellent too!

I was concerned about buying light fittings \\\'sight unseen\\\' but your employee was able to assure me that they were just as seen on the website. From a cursory glance this would seem to be so, but I have not yet unpacked them properly as the builder is to ready. I am sure they will be fine, but I know that if there should be any problems I can send them back.

You fortunately had my original order so when my husband accidentally knocked one off the wall. You were able to supply all the details so I could match them up. Many thanks
