The Product must be identical to the one you wish to purchase with the same Product Code from the same manufacturer and not a copy.
The Product and Packaging must be free from defects.
The Product should be of First Quality and be in stock and available for delivery.
The Price and Product Code must be identifiable and correct on the competitor’s website.
The Price in most cases should not be subject to any Clearance, End of Line, Bankrupt Stock or other such promotion on the competitor’s website.
The Price must be verified by Lighting-by-Gabrielli personnel.
The Competitor’s website must have a registered Domain Name.
The Competitor must be UK based and established as a Retailer of Decorative Lighting.
We reserve the right to refuse to match a price that is below the buying in price.
